To date, this danger zone has improved safety and accidents have decreased, but it is still the most conflicting point in the city, where such an accumulation, although not on the scale of previous zones, still exists. The main reason for the accident here is the presence of large local traffic with multiple inclusions in road II-51 from the local intersections. At this crossroads is the cooperative market in the town of Byala (left): The section is again missing the "Zebra" marking, and there is no forced reduction of speed due to obstacles on the road ("lying policemen"). Here, the main part of the accidents occurred during improper maneuvers, and in second place in importance are the withdrawal of priority of vehicles that are included from the local streets to road II-51. These are the defined as "dangerous areas" (blackspots) points and sections in the road infrastructure of the municipality of Byala.
