For the last 5 years more than 50 incidents have been registered on it, most of them with pedestrians. High speed and lack of barrier facilities are the two main factors identified as the reason for this high intensity of accidents. The positioned black dot applies to the entire section of the boulevard north of the intersection with Daciei Boulevard.
